Karol G Goes Topless for Playboys Racy Relaunch

Latin pop sensation has stripped off for the latest issue of Playboy magazine.

She's the second major celebrity to grace the iconic publication with Steve Harvey's influencer daughter Lori on the cover.

For Karol's shoot, the 35-year-old posed completely topless – but made sure to strategically cover her chest with her hands. 

In another image, Karol sat on the edge of a bed and flaunted her cleavage in a low-cut blue bra.

The Colombian singer is set to headline  on April 12 and April 19, making her the first Latina artist to headline the legendary music festival.

She's in good company, with Sabrina Carpenter and booked as the other two headliners. 

'When I received the call, I felt like a huge weight fell on me. They called me and told me — in Spanish — that I was going to be the first Latina to close the festival,' she told Playboy.

'I feel like it's a show for my community, for the world, but it’s a show that’s very much for me.'

She also opened up about the historic gig in an interview with the Los Angeles Times. 

'I have a big, heavy responsibility on me being the first Latina to headline Coachella,' she said.

'I need to go and represent my Latina community and speak for my people and for women.'

The songstress added, 'It's a good opportunity to get to more people around the world, and I think it's my opportunity to get them involved in the place that I come from.' 

Karol also admitted that she asked fellow Colombian Sofia Vergara whether or not she should pose for the racy publication before accepting the offer. 

According to Karol, Sofia, 53, responded, 'When you get to this age, you tell yourself, "F**k, why didn't I pose that one time? I should have posed more with a thong!"'

Playboy is currently back in print after spending five years off the shelf rebrand.

The magazine has returned to its roots with racy celebrity cover shoots, nude Playmate pictorials, and journalism that pushes the envelope.  

Cover star Karol is certainly no stranger to showing off her physique.  

The hitmaker at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles back in February. 

Karol - whose real name is Carolina Giraldo Navarro - turned heads wearing a light blue gown made with sheer lace material. 

She earned a nomination for Best Latin Pop Album for her LP Tropicoqueta, but was defeated by Mexican singer Natalia Lafourcade's Cancionera. 

Karol dropped Tropicoqueta, her fifth album, in June 2025. The album contained the hits Papasito and Si Antes Te Hubiera Conocido.

The LP reached No. 3 on the US Billboard 200 and No. 1 on the US Top Latin Albums chart. 

In January, it was revealed that Karol had , Colombian singer Feid, after dating for three years.

TMZ reported at the time that the pair 'quietly ended their relationship a few months ago.'

However despite the separation, both stars still 'remain on good terms' after an 'amicable' breakup.
