The 45-year-old reality star just revealed he underwent a buccal fat removal procedure - which takes one hour and costs around $4,000 - in 2021 after packing on 70lbs during the pandemic.
'I was a big boy, and everyone online liked to tell me how much of a big boy I was,' Brown told People on Tuesday.
'So, I was like, "Okay, maybe if I slim out my face, I'll be cute." It turned into a year-and-a-half of pain.'

The two-time winner suffered from chronic pain and experienced trouble speaking after scar tissue buildup began blocking his salivary glands.
'There'd be times you'd see me smile, and it was tight,' Brown said.

'My cheeks would be big because they were full of saliva, full of scar tissue. I was in the worst pain.'

The Kē Wellness founder continued: 'There'd be times when I was filming my show that my mouth would get so dry and it would be so swollen.'
'I felt embarrassed that I did this to myself. I would never do it now,' Brown added.
Fans can catch more of Brown hosting his self-titled daytime talk show through September after NBCUniversal canceled it on March 13.
The single father-of-two first found fame in 2003 competing on a heterosexual dating game show The 5th Wheel before publicly coming out as gay in 2004 while starring in MTV's The Real World: Philadelphia.
