The 90-year-old actress, who has , addressed viewers in a short video message uploaded to the account for the World Parkinson Coalition.
The clip kicked off with the Oscar-winning star offering a greeting and introducing herself.
'And I'm pleased to welcome you to the 7th World Parkinson's Congress. Your participation is invaluable as we seek to find a cure to this terrible disease.'

Andrews further expressed, 'I know well how devastating it can be. May we all become a beacon of light to stop it in its tracks. Count me in as a red thread. Thank you.'
Throughout the short reel, she could be seen sitting on a chair while donning a light blue sweater.

Andrews has mostly taken a step away from the public spotlight following a successful and decades-long career in Hollywood.
Last year, the actress reached a major milestone as she celebrated her 90th birthday in October.

A third film is currently in development, although it hasn't been confirmed if Andrews will return to the franchise.
Adele Lim, who is set to direct the project, offered an update earlier this month to E! News.
The filmmaker said that The Princess Diaries 3 is 'a movie we all need in our lives right now.'
However, other updates have yet to be shared, and Lim said the script is still in the works.
'We can't lock down a timeline, but we are working very hard on the script right now,' Lim shared.
Andrews' most recent role includes her voicing the character of Lady Whistledown in the hit Netflix series Bridgerton.
Back in 2022, the star revealed to Today that she had yet to meet the other cast members in person.
'You know I've never met the company in person. Of course, I see them on the show sometimes. But I do all my recording far, far away from them.'
Last year, the actress notably won Outstanding Character Voice-Over Performance during the 2025 Creative Arts Emmys.
