She asked followers: ‘What’s the maximum time you’ve spent in a cold plunge?’
She admitted that she wished she had learned how to heal her body sooner.
‘The amount of recovery I have spent on my body in my later years of life would’ve been much less if I had known about the benefits of contrast therapy earlier,’ Julianne noted. ‘Hint: If you feel the water is hurting your toes or fingers, you can wear booties/gloves or like I do, I hold my fingers out of the water.’
Leaving followers with one more fun fact, she added, ‘Another hint: pick a song that you LOVE that’s around the length that you want to stay in so you can groove to it. My go to songs are 6’s to 9’s and Calm Down.’

Julianne has been vocal about her exercise regimen in recent months, following the launch of Kinrgy, a fitness platform that combines dance cardio with mindful movement and meditation.
She told E! News in March, ‘I know that I can walk around the hills with my dog. That’s key because I have to get her out, too. But movement in general, whether it’s 10 minutes or five minutes of something, I have to move my body.’
Revealing she works out at least five times a week, Julianne added, ‘This is the age of energetic health because if you can change your energy, then you can change your mindset, and then you can change your physicality. We’ve been going about it the other way, which is: If I’m physical, then my body is going to look good. But if you focus more on your energy, then you get fitness as a plus.’
And for the star, ‘movement equals life. Motion equals emotion.’
‘I need a little bit of something different,’ Julianne reflected, ‘and unique so that my brain stays active.”
