The couple share a three-year-old son named Jax together, while Cat also shares daughter Ada, eight, with her ex Jude Law.
Jorginho also shares two children, Vitor and Alicia, with his estranged wife Natalia Leteri.
The couple were together for eight years and tied the knot in 2017, before secretly separating in 2019.
Cat alluded to her romance with Jorginho during an interview with MailOnline in March 2020.
She said: ‘I definitely write a lot of love songs, especially last year. I find I go through phases when I have inspiration and other times not but last year I entered into a new relationship and that definitely gave me loads of creativity and inspiration.
