Australian comedian Joe Avati is set to splurge millions of dollars on a massive renovation to his gorgeous Melbourne home.
Located in prestige post code Hawthorn East, the original pad is a heritage property with five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
According to Real Estate.com, the home was purchased in December 2023 $4.3million.
Avati, 50, who has an international following as a touring performer, told the Herald Sun on Friday he plans to add a massive ultra modern extension to the home.
The extensive update will send the value of the property soaring to an estimated $14million.
Measuring 743square metres,the new digs will be designed by Melbourne’s Ridolfi Architecture.
They will include a gym and cold plunge pool, and spa and sauna – and even a wellness centre.
The star comedian, who has Calabrese heritage also plans to make his own salami and prosciutto in a new purpose built cold kitchen cellar.

Other features for the luxurious renovation include a home cinema, a ‘speakeasy’ bar and lounge and a unique residence for both his parents and in-laws.
The funnyman additionally has plans install an ultra modern commercial kitchen.
Avati told the publication that he hopes to start construction on the property in 2025.
The Big Mamma’s Boy producer further explained that the build itself will take about two years to fully complete.

It comes after Avati listed his modern Carlton North pad with a price guide of $3.2million to $3.5million in 2021.
Avati is known to collect memorabilia from his world tours, including artwork from London, New York and Paris, and ‘bits and pieces’ for his bar from Chicago.
Known for his wry humour, the Italian-Australian comedian has an especially large following in Italy.
He has also known to have a big fan base in the UK, the US and Canada and in 2021 he undertook a massive world tour.
