The singer, 38, shared the news on Instagram after going to hospital for her annual check-up, and said she 'sobbed for hours' when she learned the results.
Jessie had revealed in June she had been diagnosed with breast , and underwent a mastectomy as part of her treatment after learning the disease had been caught early.
In a video she shared with her followers, the star revealed she was back in hospital for an MRI, and revealed the happy results in the caption of her post.

The video showed Jessie in hospital as she prepared for the MRI scan, and she said: 'So I'm back for my yearly check-up, I'm actually s*****g myself, I'm not gonna lie.
'They told me there was no contrast, but I think there is based on this,' before pointing to the cannula in her arm.

The Price Tag hitmaker continued: 'Gotta go in for my MRI, pretend I'm not claustrophobic, and if you haven't had a breast MRI, you have to lay on your front, put your arms in the air like Superman.
'I might have to have a bigger bucket this time, for this big old b*** but fingers crossed, all good, positive vibes, don't worry about a thing.'
Jessie then revealed in the caption: 'RESULTS ARE IN AND I AM CANCER FREE!!
'I sobbed for hours and then exhaled for the first time in a year.'
Many stars shared their delight for Jessie in the comments, with Andrea McLean writing: 'Ohhh this is WONDERFUL NEWS!!'
Brenda Edwards added: 'This is amazing news, I’m so happy for you!'
After Jessie underwent a mastectomy in June, she was told by doctors she would need a second surgery.
The star was then left 'frustrated' after doctors postponed her second cancer surgery despite the singer cancelling her tour to go under the knife.
The star apologised to fans for needlessly scrapping her shows, but admitted she was now trying to 'make the best' of a bad situation.

In the clip she said: 'Some of you may know, some of you may not know, I was supposed to have a second breast surgery two weeks ago,' she told fans.
'So a week before my surgery I went to my surgeon and we discussed my surgery and it felt a little more complex than he was anticipating and referred me to a different surgeon who I then saw, had a meeting with who said: "I think this can wait a little while".
'Obviously I'd already cancelled my tour so I was obviously frustrated but again it's out of my control and two different surgeons had two different opinions.'
Jessie said that following the news immediately went into 'mum mode' and got to organising and revealed there would be new dates for her US tour.
The pop star opened up about going under the knife admitting she hates being 'put under' with a general anaesthetic because it feels like she's in an episode of the hit Netflix sci-fi show.
Jessie told the Guardian: 'I hate being put under. They walk you down. You know when you have emergency surgery you roll down in a bed, but this time I just strolled down with a gown on and my bum hanging out. You feel like you're in an episode of Black Mirror ...
'Cancer sucks, man, but you know what? Thank f*** I found it early. I had the mastectomy four months ago and my right breast now looks like a grapefruit under a tight bedsheet ...
'[They are now] different sizes. They didn't do an implant as small as my original. How rude! I thought, no need to bully me, I'm already having a rough time.
'So rude! It's funny because I said I'd never get my boobs done because I've got OCD, and I know they'd never be perfect. Cancer ruined that plan.'
Jessie had previously revealed that she felt like breast cancer 'robbed her of time with her son' Sky.
Speaking on Jamie Laing's Great Company podcast, she said: 'Yesterday I sobbed. I feel like I can't be a mum to my son and I miss him. I feel like cancer has robbed me of memories with my boy.
'I have missed stuff with the treatment and stuff moves so fast when you have a toddler. Some days are awful.'
The singer also reflected on some of the lower moments of her cancer battle as she said: 'I had moments where I thought "this is going to go left and I'm going to die".'
She added however: 'But I weirdly kind of enjoy bad things happening to me sometimes as it means I need to grow. I believe bad things happen to me so I can help other people who will then go through it.'
