Jessica Alba couldn’t have been farther away from the dreary black-and-white world of her film Sin City: A Dame To Kill for while out in Los Angeles on Tuesday, but that didn’t stop her from catching up with one of her old costars.
The 43-year-old actress — who celebrated her daughter Honor’s 16th birthday last week — was spotted meeting up with her fellow film and television star Joseph Gordon-Levitt, 43, for lunch in West Hollywood at the Bird Streets Club.
The establishment is a members-only restaurant and social club catering to the biggest stars in Hollywood.
Despite the exclusive nature of the restaurant, both stars opted for casual looks.

The two starred in the 2014 anthology film Sin City: A Dame To Kill For, the sequel to 2005’s Sin City
She paired the jacket, which had large, rumple sleeves, with a black sweater that she wore tucked into her baggy acid wash jeans.
Jessica also elevated her stature with a set of pointy black pumps that were nearly swallowed up by her wide pant legs, and she accessorized with chunky black sunglasses and a black handbag with a gold clasp.
Joseph went even more casual with a purple sweater and dark cargo pants, along with classic black Adidas Sambas, which have lately been hard to find in stores, partly due to celebrities and influencers gravitating toward the iconic footwear.
He topped off his outfit with a large olive baseball cap that covered his shaggy brown hair, and he sported a well-maintained beard.
After their lunch, the two stars were seen leaving the club together and heading to the parking lot, but first they stopped to chat and draw out their goodbyes while beaming ear to ear.
The two pals appear to have only worked together once on 2014 Sin City: A Dame To Kill For.
The film was a sequel to the 2005 hit Sin City, and it saw Robert Rodriguez again joined by co-director Frank Miller (who wrote and drew the original Sin City comics).
A Dame To Kill for was largely based on the title story, as well as other preexisting and original Sin City stories, and the film was structured like the original as an anthology.

However, where the original Sin City was a hit with both critics and audiences, the sequel, which arrived nearly a decade after the first film, was a failure at the box office and was dismissed by critics who found its stories less compelling than the original and its style less interesting than the first time around.
Joseph starred in the two-part segment The Long Bad Night as a doomed gambler who unwisely wins a jackpot against a well-connected senator.
Jessica, who starred opposite Bruce Willis in a pivotal segment in the original film, returned as Nancy Callahan. She puts together a plan to murder the same senator for leading her father figure (Willis) to his death in the previous film.
The film ended up grossing only $39.4 million against a budget of $65 million.
