The romance comes after Alba announced her split from Warren in January 2025, before sparking a relationship with Ramirez later that summer.
Sharing news of the separation at the time, she wrote: 'I've been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years - both as an individual and in partnership with Cash.
'I'm proud of how we've grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and it's now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.'
Meanwhile, Warren has also been exploring the dating scene since the split.
He was first spotted with 25-year-old model Hana Sun Doerr on a dinner date in Los Angeles, later confirming their romance with a PDA-filled night out in Beverly Hills.

Neither relationship appears to have developed into a long-term, exclusive partnership, with Warren often seen enjoying the single life.
As part of their divorce settlement, finalized in February, Warren will receive half of Alba’s residuals from projects completed during their 16-year marriage.
That includes a long list of films and TV work, such as Sin City: A Dame to Kill For (2014), Valentine’s Day, the two Machete movies, Little Fockers, Spy Kids: All the Time in the World, The Spoils of Babylon, Mechanic: Resurrection, Killers Anonymous, LA’s Finest, and Trigger Warning.
Alba will retain royalties from work completed before her 2008 marriage, including Fantastic Four and its 2007 sequel Rise of the Silver Surfer, Never Been Kissed, and Honey.
Beyond acting, her consumer goods brand, The Honest Company, which she co-founded in 2011, is reportedly valued at $308 million in its IPO.
Under the settlement, Warren is set to receive 1,170,058 vested restricted stock shares and 4,523,035 certificate-restricted shares from the company.
Meanwhile, Ramirez is firmly focused on his rising career, with the actor set to direct Baton and reprise his Marvel role in Avengers: Doomsday, out December 18.
