Jersey Shore star Angelina Pivarnick has plead not guilty to assault and resisting arrest after an incident at the $1.3M New Jersey mansion she shares with fiancé Vinny Tortorella.
Then 37-year-old TV personality was arrested on Sunday, June 2, at 11 p.m. after a visit from the Freehold Township Police Department, DailyMail.com can report.
Details of the alleged altercation are unknown, as the complaint is still under police investigation.
Pivarnick was never taken to jail and was, instead, released on summons and ticketed.
She is being charged with ‘simple assault, criminal mischief, obstructing the administration of law and resisting arrest,’ a county clerk said.

Pivarnick’s attorney James Leonard claimed the incident was a ‘very minor’ one that was ‘exacerbated’ by a bad reaction to prescription drugs.
‘This is nothing more than a very minor incident that was exacerbated by an adverse reaction to prescribed over-the-counter medication,’ he told the outlet.
‘We look forward to resolving this matter favorably and putting it behind us. Angelina is home resting and has no further comment at this time.’
Pivarnick has a Municipal Court hearing scheduled for late July.
Whether her fiance Tortorella was involved in the June 2 incident is unclear as there were no charges filed against him.
A source informed The Sun that both Pivarnick and her fiance were back under one roof as of Monday.
Pivarnick snapped up the four bedroom, five bathroom Freehold property in October 2021 following her divorce from Chris Larangeira in January 2021.
She began dating Tortorella in 2022 after connecting on social media and they got engaged in 2023.
The proposal was documented in an April 2023 episode of MTV’s Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, a revival of the hit Jersey Shore that began airing in 2018.
Months later, Page Six reported that Angelina called the police on Vinny after an alleged altercation at her home.
The publication obtained a police report that showed Angelina had dialed 911 after a claimed instance of domestic violence in August.
However when police arrived on the scene, the reality star declined to press charges against Tortorella.
A Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request made from Page Six said a ‘criminal investigatory record’ was made in light of the alleged altercation.
Pivarnick’s attorney told the publication at the time: ‘I can confirm that Angelina did in fact call the police to her home. After speaking with the officers, Angelina decided not to file charges.

‘This matter is now closed. Moving forward, Angelina would ask for privacy as it pertains to her personal life.’
Tortorella’s attorney Elizabeth Rozin-Golinder also told the publication that nothing has changed regarding the couple’s relationship status as they are still engaged.
His lawyer Rozin-Golinder said: ‘My client and Ms. Pivarnick are still engaged and are still residing together. Mr. Tortorella denies any act of impropriety that would warrant police involvement and denies any act of domestic violence occurred.
‘No charges have been pressed against my client by Ms. Pivarnick or law enforcement. I ask that his privacy be respected in this regard.’
A source told Page Six that despite the incident, the couple were ‘still very much in love with one another’ and their engagement had not been called off.
They were busy shooting the seventh season of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, which premiered in February 2024 and wrapped in May.
In a December interview with Life & Style, Angelina confessed that she and her future husband had been ‘fighting a lot’ and that he didn’t provide the emotional support she needed when her beloved dog fell ill.
‘I’m not a mother of human children. But I want human babies. But I’m not going to have one with somebody that always fights with me over bulls***,’ she said.
