The influencer, 38, took to his Instagram on Wednesday to share the news to his 6.7M followers with a heart-warming video, captioned: 'We’ve been keeping a secret..❤️'.
The clip - set to 's Heartbeat - featured Jeremy and wife Shana showing their two-year-old son Leo the ultrasound photos.
The video began with the toddler running to give his parents a hug before sweetly placing his hand on Shana's blossoming baby bump and saying: 'Baby's in mummy's tummy!'
While Jeremy and Shana then proudly held up the scans for viewers to see, as he planted a kiss on her head.
The couple were flooded with congratulatory messages from fans and famous friends, with Mark Wright commenting: 'Congrats guys x.'

Jeremy and Shana tied the knot in September 2021 after seven years together and went on to welcome son Leo in July 2023.
Jeremy got his big break when he appeared on Britain’s Got Talent in 2008, making it all the way to the semi-finals with his football tricks.
After the talent show, he found huge success as part of freestyle football duo, F2 Freestylers, with Billy Wingrove, boasting over 14 million subscribers on their YouTube channel.

He has also taken part in Soccer Aid several times over the years, a charity football match that raises money for UNICEF.
