The TV personality practises intermittent fasting, going 16 hours without eating and consuming all her food during an eight hour window each day, for instance between 10am to 6pm.
Due to this 6/8 method, Jennifer typically begins every morning with a cup of hot water with lemon followed by a coffee with low-fat milk.
For her breakfast, she switches between oatmeal, with egg whites, a protein shake or eggs - cooked in various ways.

Speaking in an interview with First For Women magazine she also revealed she takes climbing classes on her stair climber. But the best part of her day is the time she sets aside to meditate.
The actress added: 'When I wake up I have warm lemon water, then a shake or avocado and eggs. I found ways to make eggs every which way.
'But I also do oatmeal with an egg white whipped in. Do it right before the oatmeal is finished cooking - it gives extra protein and this fluffy texture that's delicious.'
Speaking about her protein shake, Jennifer told PEOPLE: 'I’ll put in bananas, cherries, blackberries, a greens powder, a collagen peptide, a little cacao powder, chocolate stevia drop and chocolate almond milk.'

Her favorite lunch is ahi tuna with a cucumber and lentil salad, with the Friends stars saying: 'I use Bragg’s amino acids to replace soy sauce.'
Snacks include a hard-boiled egg, cheese sticks, or a cup of soup as mid-morning snacks or between lunch and dinner.
To round off her day, Jennifer said she enjoys roast chicken with spiralled zucchini and pesto sauce, but she is partial to a 'pasta carbonara every couple of weeks.'
