'You can do your gliders, you can do what I can around the world, you can do lower body, mid, core, upper body, use Pband, Pball, gliders, you name it, 20 minutes is almost too much time, I'm kidding, but that's enough is what I am saying,' added the star who was in a workout room full of weights.

And she has named her favorite prop: 'I personally love the P3 trainer because you can literally do an around the body workout,' Aniston said in another clip.

Her trainer Coleman shared what Aniston's favorite routine is.

'Jen’s go-to routine right now is the new Express Series: Arms & Abs, which features the quick workouts she relies on most when she’s short on time,' said the workout enthusiast.

'The series was curated based on some of our favorite exercises and equipment that we use in our sessions including upper-body sculpting and deep core strength in efficient sessions that are all 15 minutes or less.'

When asked how the star gets her amazing abs, Coleman said it has to do with the PVOLVE method.

'At PVOLVE, we focus on 360-degree core training, meaning the entire core system is activated—not just the surface abdominal muscles,' she noted.

'The method emphasizes deep core engagement through movements that build stability, support posture, and strengthen the body from all angles. We absolutely utilize traditional ab exercises like crunches, but that is just one small part of our core routine together.

What motivates Aniston the most is feeling great after the workout.

'Jen is motivated by how movement makes her feel. She focuses on workouts that leave her feeling strong and energized, rather than chasing extreme routines. For her, consistency and building long-term strength that supports her body are the biggest drivers. And, of course, a good playlist never hurts.'

And the beauty's arms are so incredibly sculpted because she mixes it up.

'I like to take some of our favorite upper-body exercises and play with elements like tempo, rep count, and range of motion to keep her muscles challenged. We rotate between resistance tools like the p.band and p.3 trainer, with dumbbells to build well-rounded strength that supports her daily life. Her strength is a true celebration of her consistency!

Her workout happens whenever it can,

'Truly, whenever her busy schedule allows. When we have time, we aim for sessions that are 40-minutes to an hour. Other days, she fits in a quick 10–15 minute session like the routines in the Express Series when she’s short on time.'

The ex-wife of Brad Pitt has been seen in videos carrying the PVOLVE workout bands with her in Instagram videos. When asked if that is real or for the cameras, Coleman said it is for sure real.

'It really is. One of the reasons Jen loves the PVOLVE method is that the equipment is lightweight and portable. Tools like the P.band make it easy for her to stay consistent whether she’s at home, traveling, or squeezing in a quick session on set.'

But just because she uses the nifty bands does not mean she forgoes weights.

'We actually incorporate both! Resistance bands are great for providing constant tension throughout the movement, which helps with control, stability, and working smaller stabilizing muscles.

'Dumbbells, allow for heavier loads, which are excellent for building overall strength and muscle mass. By using both, we get the best of both worlds—balanced, well-rounded strength that’s functional and sculpting at the same time.'
