The TV personality, 46, shares sons Freddy, 21, and Bobby, 22, with Jade, who died from cervical on Mother's Day in 2009.
And in his post, the father said that the ‘day was about sitting in the discomfort of what we’ve lost, while also preparing excitedly for what we’re about to gain’.
In the post, Jeff was sitting at a dining table with Bobby sitting alongside him and Freddy, who is to become a father later this year, with his arms around the pair of them.

The post comes after Freddy said that Mother's Day is 'the hardest time' as he revealed he has been confiding in his late mum at her gravestone ahead of the birth of his first child.
Since Big Brother star Jade's death, Freddy's father Jeff looked after him and his older brother Bobby.
Ahead of Mother's Day on Sunday, Freddy opened up about how it is a difficult day for him as it makes him think about how he would spend it with his mum if she was still alive.
'I've often looked at people out with their mums on Mother's Day and thought, "You're so lucky . . . I wish I could have a special day with my mum",' he told The Sun.
'But now, I'll be able to make new memories with my baby daughter.'
Discussing visiting Jade's grave, Freddy said it brings him comfort to be able to talk to her.
'I told her what was going on with the baby and how I am feeling, but sometimes I struggle talking to a headstone,' he said.
Freddy has rekindled his relationship with his ex, 22, after they split when he 'partied with girls and smoked cannabis in her home' while she was abroad.
But Freddy has now vowed to be the 'the best dad he can be', as he showered Holly with red roses and packed on the PDA during a romantic stroll on Saturday, before the arrival of their baby which is due in April.
The couple were spotted stopping to sit on a bench, where they engaged in a snogging session.
Holly discovered she was pregnant in August and she and Freddy split in November.
But after the pair reunited for Holly's baby shower last month, they've since confirmed they're giving their romance another go, with Freddy moving back into Holly's flat.
The pair are set to welcome a baby girl in April, with sources saying Freddy has vowed to 'step up' ahead of becoming a father.
