Taylor and his soon-to-be-ex Brittany Cartwright had a 'toxic' relationship that was played out in season one and two of The Valley and its predecessor Vanderpump Rules (pictured on Instagram)
Taylor and Cartwright reached a custody agreement on March 10 that outlined joint and legal custody of Cruz and no spousal support payments to either of them
The 46-year-old star announced his departure from The Valley in July 2025 to focus on his sobriety, mental health and co-parenting (he is seen in June 2025)
But over time he 'stopped talking almost completely,' and the parents sought speech and occupational therapy for their son.

'It can be difficult because I've never heard him say, 'I love you,' but he is so loving, and he shows me he loves me every single day. He is such a mommy's boy,' Cartwright shared.
Taylor, who previously starred on Vanderpump Rules alongside Cartwright, announced his departure from the show's spinoff The Valley in July of last year to focus on his sobriety, mental health and co-parenting.
'We're working on the co-parenting situation,' Cartwright told Us Weekly. 'We're trying to make it better. It's not easy.'
