 has been spotted out for the first time since revealing the results of her extensive plastic surgery earlier this year.

The 71-year-old model was heading into a supermarket before picking up her dry cleaning in .

Though she kept a low profile in a blue LA Dodgers baseball cap with black sunglasses perched on her nose, she still had a youthful glow.

The former 1980s Vogue cover girl was also slender as she dressed for the warm weather in a sleeveless floral-print blouse with white jeans and gladiator sandals adding silver jewelry.

This comes months after the ex of Sylvester Stallone had a serious facelift that has made her look 15 years younger.

Dickinson received a full facial overhaul with plastic surgeon Dr. Harrison Lee. Her before and after results are pictured above

The star, who posed nude for Playboy in 1988, had the work done by plastic surgeon Dr. Harrison Lee earlier this year.

And her full list of operations has been revealed. 

Dickinson underwent an endoscopic brow and mid-facelift, a deep plane , a dual plane neck lift, a subnasal lip lift, and an extensive fat transfer to turn back the clock.

On top of that, she also had a full face CO2 laser resurfacing to rejuvenate her complexion.

Dr. Lee, who has previously worked on and , said that Dickinson was 'beyond ecstatic' with the results.

'I f***ing love it,' gushed the former America's Next Top Model judge.

Photos taken three months after the procedures show Dickinson looking noticeably younger and fresher than she did before, with fewer wrinkles and much smoother skin.

Earlier this year, Dickinson claimed that her face has been disfigured from a fall she suffered I'm A Celebrity... South Africa in late 2022. 

The iconic model was forced to quit the show when she tripped in the dark and fell flat on her face during taping.

She ended up seeking £700,000 ($940,000 USD) in damages.

Dickinson underwent an endoscopic brow and mid-facelift, a deep plane facelift, a dual plane neck lift, a subnasal lip lift, an extensive fat transfer and a full face CO2 laser resurfacing

The star's neck and face appeared noticeably smoother after the surgeries 

Dickinson claimed that her face has been disfigured from a fall she suffered while filming the UK reality series I'm A Celebrity... South Africa in late 2022 

Dickinson, who calls herself 'the world's first supermodel', is certainly no stranger to cosmetic surgery. 

In 2024, she revealed that she got her very first procedure at age 32 while dating during an appearance on Kaitlyn Bristowe's Off The Vine podcast.

'What point in your career were you like, "I'm gonna start getting surgery done?"' Bristowe asked the model. 

'Oh, gosh. I was dating Sylvester Stallone, and I was 32,' Dickinson replied. 'I noticed I started getting jowls...'

To tackle the issue, Dickinson got a 'mini facelift' done. 

A mini face-lift is meant to address early signs of aging as it corrects sagging on the lower third of the face.

Dickinson got her first cosmetic surgery procedure in her 30s while dating Sylvester Stallone

It requires smaller incisions than a regular facelift, minimal downtime and the results can last up to 10 years.

When asked if she 'regrets' any of her past surgeries, Dickinson replied: 'Oh, no.' 

She previously admitted on E!'s Botched that she's as she's previously undergone a boob job, a tummy tuck, neck and face-lifts and liposuction.

She's also tried injectables like Botox but insists that her plump pout is natural.

In 2013, Dickinson declared herself bankrupt owing almost $1 million in taxes and unpaid cosmetic bills.

At the time of her bankruptcy filing, the star owed $8,000 to Beverly Hills dermatologist Arnold Klein and over $8,000 in debt to the Beverly Hills Anti-Aging Center.

She had a comeback on America's Next Top Model; seen in 2003 with Nigel Barker, Tyra Banks and Eric Nicholson

Dickinson started modelling in the '70s before becoming one of the industry's biggest stars in the '80s. 

She graced the covers of Harper's Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, Vogue, and Marie Claire, and even posed nude for Playboy in 1988.

Dickinson faded from the spotlight in the '90s, only to shoot back to superstardom when she joined America's Next Top Model as a judge in 2003.

The catwalk queen then landed her own series, The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency, which ran for four seasons.

Dickinson has spent the last two decades starring on other reality television shows, including Celebrity Rehab, Couples Therapy, Celebrity Big Brother UK, and I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!.
