The 34-year-old former child star responded: 'I'm wearing a hat because I'm ugly today.'
Spears then asked her youngest daughter Ivey Watson if she thought she could pull off the plunging gown during 'car pickup' and the seven-year-old replied: 'Mom, I think your boobs are showing too much.'

The Sweet Magnolias actress also tried on the softball outfielder's black strapless corset dress featuring a pearl-fishnet overlay because 'this prom season, pearls are very in.'
