The Australian billionaire, 56, was spotted leaving the Claridge’s hotel, where he is staying with the model.
James was seen getting into a black car with Water Mill Polo Star Martin Pepa after leaving the luxury five-star establishment.
He dressed casually for the outing in a navy jumper, jeans and a pair of comfortable navy sneakers.
It comes as Renee shared a racy selfie to Instagram while posing inside the hotel’s elevator.

James and Renee’s arrival in London comes just days after they were spotted partying aboard the Coral Ocean Megayacht on the French Riviera on Sunday to celebrate the Monaco Grand Prix.
Posting to Instagram, Renée shared several photos of herself posing alongside James and a group of friends on the lavish vessel.
Looking svelte in a tight white zip-down mini dress, Renée was all smiles as she posed arm-in-arm with her gal pals during the festivities.
James didn’t appear to realise the photos were being taken, and was seen chatting away with a male pal while standing above Renée on a staircase.
Renée is believed to have started dating James at the end of 2023.

The pair have reportedly enjoyed a string of low-key dinners together during their time in Cannes, while Renée is said to have joined James on his luxury yacht.
The lavish yacht had reportedly been moored off Antibes, France, for the week after travelling over from Barcelona earlier this month for the esteemed film festival.
