In a now viral video, Complex reporter Jillian Hardeman-Webb asked Smith: 'I see you’re working with Steven Smith, who designed with Ye. What are y’all cooking up?'
Once West's name was brought up, The Karate Kid actor abruptly stormed out of the interview as he quickly walked down the red carpet.
Hardeman-Webb looked confused as she looked in the camera and joked: 'I guess we'll never find out.'
Daily Mail has reached out to Smith's representatives for comment and has yet to hear back.

Online fashion bloggers have had a field day with the pieces, with many zeroing in on Jaden's fluffy red footwear, which has been likened to Ronald McDonald and Elmo.
