The Real Housewives of star is mourning the loss of her ex-husband Cameron Reyntjes after he died in a tragic motorcycle accident this week. 

Reyntjes, 61, passed away on Thursday morning following the incident on the Calder Freeway. 

Liano, who shares son Myles, 29, with Reyntjes, said the family is devastated by the news.

'He was very loved,' the reality star told the Herald Sun.

'I started going out with him when [my other son] Christos was one, so he helped me raise both boys. A handsome, beautiful man.' 

Liano and Reyntjes were together for 15 years and married for a decade.

Reyntjes was also grandfather to Myles' son Luca, 17 months.

Liano said Reyntjes had always been passionate about fitness, but had previously battled heart issues and undergone open heart surgery.

She added that he had been in a long-term relationship with his partner Paula for about a decade.

Emergency services and members of the public attempted to revive Reyntjes after the crash, however he could not be saved.

Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident, with early inquiries suggesting no other vehicles were involved after the rider reportedly lost control of the motorcycle.

'At this stage, it appears the rider has come off his motorbike and no other vehicles were involved,' they said. 

The tragic news comes following news a long-awaited reboot of The Real Housewives of Melbourne is finally in the works.
