'I come outside. We're walking down the street. I see a giant tour bus. And I was like, "Is this the surprise?" And they're like, "Yes." Like, "Let's go check it out because this is going to be where we're living for eight weeks in the summer." I walked inside. I was like, "There's no kitchen. There's just like slots for beds. Four of us are going to be four kids. Lots of other adults, but like what?" It was panic. All panic set in.'

The Weather for Tennis songstress continued: 'I had like a huge fake smile plastered on my face. And I was just like, "I love the slots!" I'm looking for the storage. Like, kids come with so much s***. Yeah. And also, there's like no pooping on the bus...It's a rule. It's a written rule. So, I'm like, how many times are we going to be stopping throughout the night? It's all terrifying.'

Duff's opening acts are all led by women - English synth-pop act La Roux as well as Canadian crooners Lauren Spencer Smith and Jade LeMac.

The pickleball enthusiast - who pulls 3.4 million monthly Spotify listeners - originally got her start playing the titular role in the Disney Channel comedy series Lizzie McGuire (2001–2004) and the 2003 big-screen spin-off.
