Hilaria Baldwin was all smiles while opting for stylish comfort as she enjoyed a brief coffee run in New York City on Tuesday.

The media personality, 40 – who was recently slammed for allowing her daughter Carmen, 10, to wear makeup – stepped out after being roasted for launching new TLC reality show with husband Alec Baldwin and their children.

Her excursion also comes as the 30 Rock alum, 66, prepares to go on trial in July following the fatal Rust shooting that resulted in the death of cinematographer, Halyna Hutchins.

The mother-of-seven sported a sleeveless, white cropped top as well as a pair of high-waisted denim shorts to stay cool in the summer weather.

She slipped into a pair of brown flip-lops and easily carried a large, tan bag over her right shoulder to hold a few items she needed during the outing.

A green and white, plaid button up was placed inside the purse in case she grew chilly later in the day.

Hilaria’s brunette locks were parted in the middle, and flowed down past her shoulders in light waves.

She accessorized the look with a dainty, silver-chained necklace as well as mini earrings and sunglasses propped up on top of her head.

As she strolled along a sidewalk in the bustling city, she flashed a cheerful smile while holding a warm drink and her smartphone in her left hand. Baldwin also sent a friendly wave as she headed to her next destination.

It comes as her husband, Alec – whom she tied the knot with 2012 – prepares to go to trial in New Mexico next month in July as he faces one count of involuntary manslaughter.

Ahead of the trial proceedings, prosecutors have claimed that Alec was ‘sloppy’ with firearms on set of Rust, in new legal documents obtained by TMZ on Tuesday.

Prosecutors in the state of New Mexico plan to show evidence that the actor was irresponsible and reckless when it came to handling firearms on set before the fatal shooting of Hutchins by a gun that Baldwin had been holding.

Prosecutors have claimed that the actor ‘pointed and fired a blank round’ at one of the crew that he had been using as ‘a line of sight – while also alleging who would use a gun to point in the direction of other crew.

They also claim there is additional evidence that Alec fired a firearm when not filming or after ‘cut’ had been called on set. Prosecutors also alleged he placed his finger on the trigger when not called for in scenes.

When it came to properly training with firearms with armorer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, it is claimed in the documents that Baldwin would not pay full attention and instead would spend time on his phone or FaceTiming.

Prosecutors additionally claimed that the star rushed crew on the set, as well as the armorer when it came to reloading the firearm.

Alec is also accused of both ‘erratic’ and ‘aggressive behavior’ while on set of Rust.

After filming resumed in Montana, Baldwin is claimed to have also refused to take proper safety precautions.

Last month in May, it was revealed that the actor will go to trial after a judge denied a motion to dismiss the case. He is facing a maximum sentence of 18 months in prison if found guilty of manslaughter.

Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer in New Mexico rejected arguments made by the star’s lawyers, Luke Nikas and Alex Spiro, according to Variety.

In a statement following the judge’s decision, Baldwin’s attorneys expressed, ‘We look forward to our day in court.’

Sommer listened to arguments from both Alec’s lawyers as well as prosecutors in court on May 17 in Sante Fe, per NBC News.

One prosecutor, Kari Morrissey, stated that ‘the actor has responsibility for the firearms once it is in their hands.’

However, Baldwin’s lawyers argued that Morrissey did not provide important evidence to the grand jury earlier this year in January and defense witnesses were not available.

The judge stated in her ruling, per Variety, that Kari shared a letter to the grand jurors from the ‘defense verbatim’ but explained they made the choice to not ‘follow up’ on the letter.

‘The Court is not in a position to second-guess the grand jury’s decision in this regard,’ Sommer expressed.

The judge later also added, ‘Although the State deferred certain questions, in many other instances the grand jurors asked probative questions, and received complete answers from witnesses.’

Alec has plead not guilty ahead of the trial, and has also denied that he pulled the trigger on the gun and denied that it was his responsibility to make sure the gun was safe.

Last month in April, Rust armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was sentenced 18 months in prison for involuntary manslaughter of Halyna Hutchins.

Earlier this month, Alec and Hilaria announced on Instagram that they would officially be joining the world of reality television with their own show – which is slated to be release in 2025.

‘We’re inviting you into our home to experience the ups and downs, the good, the bad, the wild and the crazy,’ the actor expressed in the clip.

However, the couple were soon roasted over their decision to launch their own reality show, with some trolls referencing to Hilaria’s 2020 scandal that she had faked her Spanish heritage.

‘You would think it would be on Telemundo no?’ one typed out on X, while another added, ‘Good. We haven’t had enough of Hilaria’s fake accent.’

And on Sunday, the pair were slammed over their 10-year-old daughter, Carmen wearing make-up in a Father’s Day post uploaded to Instagram after Alec shared sweet photos of his children to celebrate the special day.

He notably shares Carmen, 10, Rafael, eight, Leonardo, seven, Romeo, six, Eduardo, three, Lucia, three, and Ilaria, one, with wife Hilaria – whom he tied the knot with in 2012. He is also father to Ireland, 28, whom he welcomed with ex, Kim Basinger.

In the caption, Alec – who is preparing to go to trial for the fatal Rust shooting – simply penned, ‘Happy Father’s Day to the dads out there.’

The second image showed Carmen holding one of her siblings in her arms while wearing mascara as well as a glossy lipstick.

Social media users were divided in the comment section as they shared their thoughts on the 10-year-old sporting makeup in the image.

One typed out, ‘Why does a 10 year old wear makeup?’ while another questioned, ‘Why is she wearing makeup,’ followed by a rolling eyes emoji.

‘Looks older than 10!!’ a follower added, while other fans came to their defense in the comments as well.

One pointed out, ‘My grandkids love to wear makeup and it is just fun,’ while another added, ‘Who cares about her makeup?! #judgykarens.’

However, this was not the first time the Alec and Hilaria have sparked backlash due to their eldest daughter wearing makeup.

Earlier this year in February, Hilaria was mom-shamed by for allowing Carmen to wear full-face makeup in a photo uploaded to her own Instagram page.
