'So lovely to see such a happy marriage.. truly an inspiration… and happy birthday to Sandra'; 'You two are so special'.
The couple's son, footballer Jamie, 52, also I love you so much, you’ve always been the best role model I could ask for. I hope you have the most wonderful day.'
Harry and childhood sweetheart Sandra married on 30 June 1968.
Jamie's parents met at their local pub aged 17 before tying the knot at Barking Abbey church, close to where they both grew up.
Meanwhile, last week Harry - who won I'm A Celebrity in 2018 - waded into the controversy surrounding this year's All Stars series in South Africa.
During last week's chaotic finale, fans watched as Jimmy Bullard accused Adam of being 'abusive, aggressive and intimidating' in the pre-recorded show last year after he allegedly called him the 'C-word'.
In an interview with the Daily Mail, Harry revealed what he really thought on the ordeal as he reflected on the brawl in South Africa.
'That was a big and quite a bad argument', Harry said. 'Adam really sort of lost his head with Jimmy, which was a shame because they'd got on very well.'

Touching on the feud between Adam and David Haye, who has been accused of being a 'bully', Harry said Adam was 'often upset about everything'.
He said: 'David seemed to be giving Adam lots of stick, you know, for whatever reason, and Adam seemed to spend an awful lot of time getting very upset about everything.'
While Harry has since developed his opinion on the situation, he revealed he was unaware of most of the arguments that went on in camp because he didn't wear his hearing aids.
'I really didn't even hear what was going on because I do have hearing aids', he said. 'I couldn't take them into the camp because there's nowhere to charge them up and they'd only last 48 hours maximum.
'So yeah, I must be honest, a lot of the conversations that were going on across the camp, I honestly couldn't hear.

'So I'm watching it now on TV. But at the time, I couldn't sit there and say that I was really into what they were talking about. So it was difficult.'

The couple's son, footballer Jamie, 52, also penned a tribute to his mother, writing: 'Happy birthday to my amazing mum. I love you so much'
Harry also touched on why 'hunger' had a huge impact on the arguments in and out of camp.
The former I'm A Celebrity winner continued: 'We had one or two arguments, I suppose. You'll always get that when you get people living together and getting a bit hungry and not getting food.
'They tend to happen I suppose, but it didn't happen with me. I didn't argue with anybody really.'
During the live finale hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly struggled to control the situation as Gemma Collins and Sinitta .
The Geordie duo gave Jimmy the opportunity to speak after Adam allegedly called him the 'C-word' in an explosive clash when he pulled the plug on the show early last year.
Jimmy admitted he had to leave for personal reasons and that if he didn't say 'I'm A Celebrity' in the challenge, he would not have received his full pay.
