Hannah Elizabeth will be allowed to keep her raunchy OnlyFans account while she appears on Love Island All Stars later this month.
It was widely known that previous contestants who had accounts on the subscription site, such as Megan Barton-Hanson and Jessie Wynter, had to quit in order to star on the hit ITV2 show.
However, Hannah, 33, who appeared on season one of the dating show will not have to close her OnlyFans page.
While in the villa she will not be able to share content personally so subscribers will have to wait and see if a pal shares posts on her behalf or Hannah deactivates her account until she returns.
As a star of Love Island’s first ever series, Hannah endured a turbulent romance with boyfriend Jon Clark.

The couple became engaged on the show, but within three months of leaving the villa, their relationship fell apart.
Hannah insisted that wedding bells won’t be on the cards this time around as she insisted she won’t be getting engaged in the villa again.
She said: ‘Absolutely not, not in the Villa no. Maybe when I get out, but I’d need to give it a bit of time. It was almost ten years ago and I was in that proper whirlwind kind of love, now that I’m that bit older I try to take things a little slower.’
Of her hopes for the show, she added: ‘I’m returning to the Love Island Villa because I did it eight years ago and what an opportunity I never thought I’d get again.
‘I’m not very good at finding love but I had a ball the first time, so I’m going to have a ball again.’
Hannah previously got engaged to her longtime friend George Andreetti in 2018, but they split while she was heavily pregnant with their first child.
Hannah welcomed her son Reggie, now four, in November 2019 following a planned cesarean, and keeps her family life relatively private.
In October, Hannah shut down trolls after undergoing another facial surgery as she insisted it was not for cosmetic purposes.

Hannah found fame on the first series of Love Island and endured a turbulent romance with boyfriend Jon Clark. She is now hoping to find love during the All Stars series which kick starts on January 15
She took to Instagram at the time to quickly shut down trolls before they had a chance to ‘pipe up’ after noticing her latest surgery.
The model, who has undergone multiple procedures to alter her appearance, revealed that her most recent operation was to fix her ‘twisted septum’.
She penned: ‘Before anyone pipes up on my post I had to have a small procedure done to correct my septum and a cast placed on to help it keep in place.
‘Not changing anything, something I needed to fix as it was twisted.’
It comes as Love Island fans have been left ‘disappointed’ by the line-up for the brand new All Stars show.
The full cast for the first ever All Stars series was finally confirmed on Friday, featuring names from Georgia Harrison to Chris Taylor and Georgia Steel.
Exes Liberty Poole and Jake Cornish are also set to come face-to-face for an on-screen reunion on the show, as are former flames Toby Aromolaran and Kaz Kamwi.
Completing the line-up are Mitchel Taylor, Demi Jones, Hannah, Luis Morrison and Anton Danyluk as they all get their second chance at finding love.
Love Island starts at 9pm Monday 15th January on ITV1, ITV2, ITVX & STV.
