Johnson is among the artists, innovators, and icons who were selected for this year's list and she was interviewed by Time's 2023 Person of the Year recipient .

Bieber, who previously appeared on the 2023 list, hit the bright red carpet in a dazzling silver lace gown that hugged her gym-honed figure.

The skintight frock had skinny straps and a modest train that pooled at her feet.

The wife of wore her dirty blonde hair down and opted for her signature natural glam makeup look.

Bieber's appearance at the event comes just days after she supported Justin at the final weekend of his Coachella takeover, which saw him earn a whopping $10 million as the festival's headliner along with Sabrina Carpenter and Karol G.

Bieber was front row for both of her husband's headlining sets, which included surprise appearances by Billie Eilish, SZA and Big Sean.

Justin was absent from Thursday's TIME100 Gala, leaving Bieber to walk the event's red carpet solo.

Johnson was among the first to arrive to the star-studded event in a low-cut light gray gown with a glamorous cape featuring vine-like jeweled embroidery on the collar.

The actress, 36, wore her signature fringe and the rest of her brunette hair was styled in effortless waves that fell down her back.

As for her makeup, Johnson, who is the daughter of Hollywood icons Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson, wore brown smoky eyeshadow and a peach-toned lip. 

Nikki Glaser, who is the event's host, stunned in a flowing baby blue gown with a stomach cutout that put her toned abs on display.

The comedian, 41, carried a matching glitter clutch and she wore her silky blonde hair in soft curls.

Glaser twirled her gown for the cameras so she could show it off from every angle.

Hilary Duff exuded elegance in a pale yellow gown with a matching sheer cloak.

The actress/singer, 38, styled her dark blonde hair in a sleek updo and accessorized with gold jewelry.

As for makeup, Duff made her hazel eyes pop with dark brown eyeshadows and she painted her pout a glossy mauve shade.
