An Emmy-winning actress looked incredibly youthful as she stepped out for a rare outing in Los Angeles over the past weekend.
The 69-year-old Hollywood star began her successful career in the entertainment industry in the late 70s.
She has since made various appearances in both film and television projects over the years including a hit ABC war drama series.
The actress has worked alongside a number of celebrities such as Kurt Russell, Eva Longoria, Sylvester Stallone, Rosie O'Donnell and Angelina Jolie.
Further recognition that she has received includes both Golden Globe and SAG Award nominations.

It is Dana Delany - who is known for portraying the character of Colleen McMurphy in the ABC series China Beach.
The actress additionally played Russell's love interest in the 1993 movie Tombstone while appearing in other shows such as Body Of Interest.
Delany kept it casual during her rare excursion and sported a plain black shirt as well as a gray cardigan layered on top.
She slipped into a pair of red pants as well as comfy sneakers as she stopped by a market to pick up a few items.
The star's long locks were parted in the middle and simply pulled back into a low ponytail.

She then took on a minor role in two episodes of Love Of Life before appearing in a guest capacity on other shows in the 80s such as As The World Turns, Moonlighting and Magnum, P.I.

During a past interview with TV Line, the actress recalled how her small appearance in Moonlighting led to being cast in China Beach.
'John Young, the creator of China Beach, had seen that [Moonlighting] episode and wrote my name down on a Post-It and stuck it on a lampshade,' she explained.
Her role in the series led to her continued career in Hollywood, with Delany being cast in Tombstone (1993).
She had played Josephine Marcus in the Western film, Kurt Russell's onscreen love interest.

She portrayed the character of Katherine Mayfair in the series Desperate Housewives beginning in season four.
While talking to CinemaBlend, the star reflected on her role and how she was given more freedom with the character due to her late entrance into the show.
'I think I've been lucky on Housewives because I wasn't one of the original four women and so because of that, my character is not so iconic.'

Delany later returned to the network for a lead role in medical crime series Body Of Proof which came to an end in 2013 after three seasons.
She has also appeared in the HBO series Hand Of God with her most recent role being in the Paramount+ show Tulsa King.
The series was created by Taylor Sheridan and also stars Sylvester Stallone, Andrea Savage and Martin Starr.
During an interview with Collider, Delany gushed about having the chance to work with Stallone.

'I still haven't gotten over it. I tell you, I get on the set and I see him and I get all flustered still.'
She added, 'I just get tickled by him that I'm working with him, that he's so great. He's so charming. He's so charismatic.
'And still, I get home sometimes at night and laugh to myself so hard that this is my life. It's fantastic.'
