Gracie Abrams stopped performing halfway through her Dublin concert on Monday to pay an emotional tribute to a fan who died before attending the gig.
During the show some attendees in the front row held up a placard remembering their friend, who passed away on September 10 according to the poster.
Sitting at a keyboard mid-performance, Gracie, 25, swiftly noticed the heart-wrenching message and looked on the verge of tears.
The fans shouted, ‘That’s my best friend’, in reference to the placard, as Gracie came over to speak with them.
The Grammy-nominated singer then asked her name to which the concert-goers replied: ‘Lolly.’
A stunned Gracie looked at the picture of the absent friend and said, ‘She’s so beautiful’, to which the fans shouted: ‘Isn’t she?’ย

The hitmaker then replied: ‘Thank you so much for bringing this, I’m so sorry for your loss.’
In a touching moment, the front-row attendees said, ‘It’s okay’, but Gracie disagreed saying: ‘No it’s not.’ย
The star then turned the picture around to show the crowd at the 3Arena, who roared in admiration, before propping up the placard on the stage and continuing the show.
Gracie finished by adding: ‘She’s gorgeous. She’s with us.’ย

An onlooker said: ‘Paul came out of the stage door to say hello to about 100 fans and was signing autographs.
‘Gracie was standing on the street watching on but stayed very much back, in the shadows, so she was not noticed.

‘She kept a very low profile.
‘Paul then walked back into the theatre and, after the fans cleared off, he reappeared. She was waiting for him and they went round the corner to hide.
‘They were kissing and hugging before walking off arm-in-arm to dinner.’
Paul has been linked to the daughter of Star Wars director J J Abrams since July but the couple remain very private.
The Mail on Sunday revealed last month that Paul and the singer shocked diners at the restaurant Jolene in north London by having a public argument.
A source said: ‘They were sitting at a table opposite each other and Paul had his head in his hands as Gracie just sat there crying.
‘She was crying so much that he then started to cry too. She got up and walked out of the restaurant while they were halfway through their meal and he was left to pay.’
