Gordon Ramsay is giving Bake Off a run for it’s money with his brand new show on Fox, Next Level Baker.

The professional chef, 58, has landed a whopping £25million TV deal to launch the spin-off series later this year, following the success of his show Next Level Chef. 

Speaking about the exciting new venture, Gordon said he is ‘delighted’ to bring a new baking show to the channel. 

The series will test bakers as they are challenged to make festive holiday treats across the franchise’s three levels – with one hoping to claim the baking crown.

Gordon said: ‘I’m delighted that Next Level Baker is coming to Fox later this year. 

‘A holiday special, where passionate home cooks, more used to crafting treats for their family, will compete against social media creators; individuals who fill our feeds with photo ready creations, side by side with talented professional pastry chefs, impressing with Michelin starred perfection.’

‘My very first job was baking in Paris, and to me there is nothing better than the smell of freshly baked bread. 

‘I’m hoping on these holiday specials we get to discover Incredible family recipes handed down through generations of bakers, inventive bakers cleverly working with dietary sensitivities and those with a talent for stunning creativity and elevated design work. 

‘This holiday season I cannot wait to discover the baking heart of America.’

Two more series of Next Level Chef are part of the deal with the TV network. 

Michael Thorn of Fox said: ‘Next Level Chef consistently raises the bar of culinary excellence as a high stakes food competition fans love, an invaluable franchise for FOX and an increasingly popular global format. 

‘Extending the reach of this series with the new holiday competition once again exemplifies the strength of our incredible, long-standing collaborative partnership with Gordon, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.’

Amid his jaw-dropping TV deal, Gordon has expanded his culinary empire in the form of the 120-seat Lucky Cat on level 60 at 22 Bishopsgate, the tallest building in the City of London. 

Additionally, he has also launched Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High, the Gordon Ramsay Academy, and Lucky Cat Bar in the building.

The four exciting new destinations are set to become essential additions to the capital’s dining and drinking scene. 

Guests can experience the exclusive Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High, a 12-seat chef’s table experience like no other as well as Asian-inspired Lucky Cat. 

Lucky Cat Bar, a new world-class bar space is perfect for cocktails with breathtaking views of the capital. 

Additionally, food enthusiasts of all levels can hone their skills at the Gordon Ramsay Academy powered by HexClad, where guests can learn the sharpest kitchen techniques. 

The chef said: ‘I’ve been lucky enough to open restaurants all over the world, but there’s something truly unique about London. It’s where my journey began, and it’s the city I’m proud to call home. 

‘Watching it evolve into a global culinary powerhouse has been remarkable. Building this beautiful space has been an ambitious project, but that’s exactly what makes Gordon Ramsay Restaurants so special— we never stop pushing boundaries.
