'Business today is tough everywhere is feeling it. It is a smart concept but yeah I would look at investing in her.
'I was impressed with her graduating university but I was sad to be honest with you.
'I think I was sad in one sense but incredibly respectable in another because she wanted to be taught by someone else.
'I made it clear on day one with the kids around the restaurants that they couldn't think they could walk in there and start working.
'They have to climb that five metre board, 10 metre and earn their way. Even though it is a kick in the b*******s I'll take it.'
Elsewhere during the lavish Krude launch party, Tilly told Daily Mail she has loved sharing a passion with her father and is 'grateful for his support'.
She said: 'It's really lovely following in his footsteps when you’ve got a shared passion with someone it can either go one way or another but it’s really lovely and we bounce off each other.
'He’s great for advice in so many ways and so is mum, who is a passionate foodie as well. I’m really lucky to be able to talk to them about what I do and my plans for the future and I’m grateful for their support.'
The former Strictly star added: 'Food brings us together as a family and we've shared amazing times around the dinner table at home and we're very lucky.'
