The couple, who got engaged in November 2024, explained why they still don't live together and when they plan to get married.

Vassos, 63, said they will move in together 'one day,' after they choose a location and are less busy with work and travel.

'We haven’t figured out the city yet,' she noted, adding, 'When I think about this question, I think it probably won’t be where I live. It probably won’t be where you live, [Chock]. I think we will probably keep our houses and we’ll have a love shack someplace.'

The pair also emphasized that they 'talk every day' and 'see each other a lot.'

Vassos has four adult kids with her late husband while Chapple, 62, has two with his ex-wife.

Chapple began the video by emphasizing that family is their priority.

He stated, 'In 2025, Joan had a big wedding for her oldest son, Nick. And then she’s got another one getting married this year, so we’ve elected to not compete with them.'

Estimating when they might tie the knot, he added, 'That’s what I’m saying, let them have their year. So you might look for something in 2027.'

Vassos confirmed, 'Yeah, ’27. Hopefully nobody else will get married, but I think you have a son who possibly could, so we’ll see!

'We have grown kids and they just happen to be falling into that part of their lives too. We'll get married sometime when our kids aren't getting married.'

The mother-of-four described melding their families as 'super easy.'

'We have grown kids, so they’ve liked making friends with each other. Our girls get along great. Our boys get along great,' she shared with her online audience.

Meanwhile, Chapple agreed, 'They all get along great, they do. We're lucky.'

Vassos echoed: 'We got really lucky we didn’t have to really merge families. They just are friends, so it was super easy.'

Vassos told fans about their living arrangement, 'We haven¿t figured out the city yet. When I think about this question, I think it probably won¿t be where I live. It probably won¿t be where you live, [Chock]. I think we will probably keep our houses and we¿ll have a love shack someplace'

Vassos previously told the Daily Mail in November 2025 that she and her future husband are in no rush to walk down the aisle.

She reasoned, 'I know we're not having babies, we're not doing anything major. And we are really happy the way we are right now.

'We travel and we just get to do all the fun things, and I mean, you know, marriage is meaningful. I believe in it. I just don't think that we need to do it in any rush. We [will] just do it when it's comfortable for us.'

Last week the couple enjoyed a Valentine's Day retreat in Punta Cana.

Vassos shared photos from the getaway with her 203,000 Instagram followers and gushed in the caption, 'Second Valentine's Day with @chockchapple.

'Thank you for a beautiful time in Punta Cana...I love any time I get to share with you.'
