The 33-year-old is preparing to exchange vows with her fellow reality star Blake Horstmann, who was first introduced to the public on .
One of the measures she took to optimize her bridal appearance was the injectable Sculptra, which she described as a 'liquid ' to Page Six.
Sculptra is a poly-L-lactic acid used as a dermal filler to smooth out wrinkles and tighten up the patient's skin by boosting the production of collagen.
Along with facial rejuvenation, the FDA-approved treatment is also sometimes used for such procedures as and butt lifts.
'I did Sculptra - so good,' Gibelli raved, calling the injection 'the one thing that actually gets better over time' while confessing she also availed herself of 'very light' .

She continued: 'I don’t think he’s gonna leave me at the altar. Nothing like that. I just wanted it to be very different from that whole experience.'
Gibelli, who hails from Caracas, said that she and Horstmann have assured their respective families that their wedding is 'getting closer.'
Said she: 'I wanted to just be really meticulous with my venue, and I wanted to have an engagement longer than five weeks. And I think it’s been fantastic and great, but I am ready to call him my husband, for sure.'
They are close enough to the nuptial date that she has already held her bachelorette party in Amsterdam, with a 'completely different vibe' than that of her wedding.
'We’re doing well with the planning. We’re in a good spot. I’m starting to get stressed out a little, I’ll be honest. I’m starting to stress because it is a destination wedding. There’s a lot involved logistically, but it’s been good. We’re in a good place.'
