Gemma Collins Takes Social Media Break Before TV Return

has announced that she's taking a social media break on Instagram on Tuesday.

The former star, 45, shared a stunning snap, looking every inch the Greek goddess as she posed in a crystal headband and gold sequin wrap dress.

She displayed her sun-kissed complexion and showcased her impressive 3.5st .

Alongside the post, she penned to her followers: 'Dai Dai is a TUNE. I will see you all again in September. Anything posted in this time will be my team.

'The summer holiday season is here, and I just wanted to wish everyone the most beautiful summer. 

'Whether you’re travelling the world, enjoying a staycation, spending time with family and friends, or simply slowing down, I hope these sunny weeks are filled with love, laughter, warmth, and memories you’ll treasure.

'Life moves quickly, so remember to put the phone down now and then, soak up the sunsets, share long lunches, and enjoy those spontaneous moments.

'Take time to tell the people you love how much they mean to you, and most importantly, be kind to yourself—rest when you need to and give yourself the same care and compassion you offer to others.

Earlier this year, Gemma shared her 'excitement' ahead of her new reality show's release as she makes a return to TV with a docu-series following and wedding journey. 

The star, who shot to fame on ITVBe's in 2011, is no stranger to reality television.

Gemma will soon star in her own eight-part Sky reality series : Four Weddings and a Baby, and she took to Instagram to give fans a glimpse of what to expect.

In one snap, shared to her Instagram Story, she posted a cameraman sitting opposite her with the caption: 'Lights, camera, action.' 

Another showed a crew member standing opposite her in her incredible kitchen with the caption: 'So excited for you to see my new show. One year in the making.' 

Gemma has been very open about wanting children in the past, so this upcoming documentary follows her journey into creating her own family, as well as .

The pair first got together in 2011, and engaged two years later, but then split and rekindled their romance in 2020.  

Speaking about her new series, Gemma said: 'This really is the most important year of my life, and for the first time people will get to see the Gemma behind the GC. Over the next year I will be planning my wedding and beginning the steps into starting a family. 

'I've always felt natural in front of the cameras, but now I want to let the world see the real raw me sharing the most intimate and personal times in my life. 

'I feel ready to truly open up, not just about the present, but about my past and everything I've been through to become the woman I am today. 

'I feel truly blessed and excited for everyone to come with me on this new chapter of my life.' 

Gemma has been a huge TV favourite since shooting to fame 15 years ago.

The star has landed her very own TV shows, as well as starred in various others over the years. 

Her most well-known stint is on TOWIE, which was between 2011 and 2019. 

After that she took part in Splash!, I'm A Celebrity, Celebrity Big Brother, Celebs Go Dating, Celebrity MasterChef and Dancing On Ice.

She landed her own documentary called Gemma Collins: Self-Harm & Me in 2022. 

And then she starred in ITVBe's Gemma Collins: Diva between 2018 and 2020.
