Gemma returned to the Australian jungle after her first stint in 2014, with her trip Down Under coming in the midst of her stalker hell.
She previously voiced her fear during a chat on the Everything I Know About Me podcast, where she said her stalker had 'played havoc on her mind' and was the reason she stepped away from her front-of-house work at her Brentwood boutique.
Gemma said: 'No one would believe the bl**dy crap I've had to deal with. I've had a woman stalker that wrote me a letter in white gloves and wanted to kill me.
'You know, people would wish me dead. I'd get all sorts turn up at the shop. Weird. People are weird. And that's why in a way I came away from my shop in the end.'
Gemma contacted police about some of the incidents but admitted she only really felt safe once she ramped up her own personal security.
Away from her dramas at home, Gemma has been setting screens alight since entering the jungle, with fans lauding her return.
On Wednesday's show, she furiously took aim at boxer David Haye after she made her arrival.

She missed out on a place in the main camp after losing a bushtucker trial to Craig Charles, and was quick to vent her fury at the boxer after he insisted she should have been denied water during the challenge.
While completing the eating task, Gemma had asked whether she could have a drink, but David declared she shouldn't until she finished the dish.
It was a comment that didn't sit well with Gemma, and she later branded David 'evil' to her fellow campmates, before launching into a gossip about claims he'd been involved in 'throuples' with other women.
David and his partner Sian Osborne are known to regularly spend time in a 'throuple', with the pair previously linked to Saturdays star Una Healy and actress Helen Flanagan.
The sportsman sparked the row with Gemma while she was chowing down on eight Critter Canapes which were made out of blended ant eggs on a cracker.

It comes after fellow I'm A Celeb legend Myleene Klass suffered her own stalking hell.
Peter Windsor, who has schizophrenia, was found guilty last October of stalking Myleene after also sending her Catwoman and police fancy dress costumes and calling her a 'naughty vixen' during a nine-month campaign of harassment.
He also sent her an air pistol while stalking her and a fellow radio presenter over a four year period before being handed his indefinite hospital order.
The 61-year-old also asked her in sick correspondence to 'correct him' with a whip and cane, as well as sending her letters – at one point referring to her as a 'worthy high priestess' – and other gifts including jewellery.
He was also found guilty of stalking Myleene's Classic FM colleague Katie Breathwick, 55, after sending her a pair of binoculars, running shoes with spikes and a bottle of champagne.
Last month, Judge Tom Rochford delivered his sentencing remarks at Coventry Crown Court, saying: 'What you did caused both women considerable harm, fear and distress. Each message and package you sent was deliberate...
'You were on an upward or worsening trajectory.'
