The glamorous former Gold Coast home of fitness influencer Ashy Bines has gone under the hammer for $4.3million – almost twice what she sold it for only four years ago.
Ashy, 34, bought the sprawling six-bedroom, four-bathroom waterfront Broadbeach pad in 2013 for $1.955million.
In 2019 she put the lavishly appointed resort style home on the rental market for $2,500 a week before off-loading it in 2020 for $2.2million.
The new owners renovated the home before putting it on the market.
Built only 40 metres from Main River, the ultra-modern resort style multi-level house boasts a home theatre, a pool and a private pontoon.

It comes after Ashy and husband Steve Evans, 44, splashed out $1.85million on a new home on the Gold Coast in 2022.
The single-storey four-bedroom, two-bathroom spread is located 5kms from the CBD.
Meanwhile, reports indicate the high-profile couple, known for their glamorous lifestyle, purchased a lot in a much sought after waterside postcode for $1.065million in December 2020.

The new home is a significant downsize for the popular influencer.
Meanwhile in June, 2021, Ashy and her husband welcomed a daughter, Tala. The couple already share an ten-year-old son, Taj.
Ashy is known for sharing her health and fitness tips on social media and can currently boast 1million followers on her Instagram.
