Emma Sheppard, popular pop star, sells her Sunshine Coast property for $1.45m in anticipation of her relocation to the United States.

Indie pop star Emma Sheppard and her boyfriend Liam have sold their four bedroom, three bathroom Sunshine Coast property for $1.45million.

The Port Moresby born star, 29, purchased the property in 2021 for $780,000 and spent the past two years significantly renovating it with the help of her partner.

The semi-rural property features gorgeous nature views and is close to a variety of amenities, including a shopping centre, schools and a medical clinic.

The house features an exquisite combination of cutting-edge contemporary architecture and traditional trappings, including a wooden staircase.

Emma plays bass in the indie pop band Sheppard, which is fronted by her siblings George and Amy.

They are best known for their hit song Geronimo, which reached number one on the ARIA chart.

The property sale comes ahead of Emma relocating to Nashville, Tennessee with her siblings to further their musical career. 

Meanwhile, in 2021 Emma proved herself to be quite the handywoman after transforming a shabby caravan into a pretty pink, retro chic retreat.

The lovebirds first purchased the 1979 Franklin caravan in May 2021 and finished renovating it in August.

Emma and her siblings were born in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea and moved to Australia at a young age.

They rose to fame in 2014 with the release of their debut single Geronimo, which went seven times platinum in Australia and reached number 53 on the US Billboard chart.

In 2021 they released their most recent album, Kaleidoscope Eyes, which reached number two in Australia.
