On Monday All Saints' Nicole and Natalie Appleton caught up with Emma, 50, on Heart Radio where they discussed if they did indeed get on or not.
Emma started the interview by saying: 'Now I need to start off by saying we are mates.'
Nicola then affirmed: 'We are mates!' and Natalie whole heartedly agreed.
Emma then added: 'We are bessie mates! And I think, only because someone just the other day said, 'Oh, I thought you and All Saints back in the 90s, you didn't get on.' We are mates! We went to school together!'

Natalie replied: 'We have always been mates! I mean, we've known you since we were eleven. And do you know what? I've always said you've always been exactly the same.'

Just last November All Saints star Melanie Blatt joked she'll forever have beef with the Spice Girls after fans claimed she was 'bitter' over their rival band's success.
The 50-year-old singer appeared on Sunday Brunch with hosts Simon Rimmer and Tim Lovejoy where they discussed the BBC's documentary Girlbands Forever.
In the recent documentary, Melanie expressed frustration that All Saints had worked hard for years, only for the 'manufactured' Spice Girls to 'blow up so quickly'.
All Saints was made up of Melanie alongside Shaznay Lewis, Nicole and Natalie.
Discussing the rivalry between the two former bands, Melanie touched on how fans claimed she 'comes across bitter'.

She shared: 'A lot of them are saying 'you come across as bitter,'' before pausing and announcing: 'I am.'

Melanie and the hosts began laughing as she continued: 'I am bitter. I'm bitter and I'm jealous.'
The former pop star then went on to share how she has a really close friendship with Emma, despite the fact they were in competing girlbands.
She continued: 'I love Emma, she's a good mate.'
Melanie continued: 'Mel C I know a little bit and she's amazing. It was more the concept of having music and selling crisps and lollipops and stuff like that that I had a problem with.'
'We worked so hard, even being called a girlband it felt like a dirty word to us because we just wanted to be a band. We didn't want to have to be put into this box or that box.'

She concluded: 'I did have a major problem. I'll have beef until I die with them. I will.'
Talking about the Spice Girls' success, she says: 'I genuinely had a problem with them, all the years of work we'd put in and then they just came out and blew up so quickly.
'And were obviously manufactured. The band was made for a purpose.'
All Saints were together until 2001 and reunited between 2001 and 2006. Then again between 2008 and 2022.
Some of their best songs include Never Ever, Black Coffee, Under The Bridge, All Hooked Up and Bootie Call.

In addition to Melanie's comments it's clear there were some other tensions back in the day too.
In 2016 Mel B claimed that she beat up Shaznay in a toilet brawl at the height of their fame, although the latter vehemently refuted the claims.
Speaking to Allegedly podcast, Mel B declared that she won a fight against the Never Ever singer after she gave her 'attitude' - yet Shaznay deemed the allegations horrible'.
She made the sensational claims that the duo had a row in which she tried to 'rip her weave off' as she chatted to Theo Von & Matthew Cole Weiss.
She said: 'There was this girl group called All Saints. And I had already beaten up one of them in the bathroom, the black girl Shaznay.

'She started giving me attitude so I went in the bathroom and tried to rip her weave off. And she chokes me and then we kinda got split up but I won.'
The Daily Mail contacted a representative for Mel B for comment at the time.
A spokesperson for Shaznay meanwhile blasted the 'horrible' story and claimed their was no truth in Mel's sensational claim.
The rep explained at the time: 'Shaznay says this story is not true. Mel B once came to an All Saints show and was invited to the after party. Mel and Shaznay had a brief friendly chat and that was all.
'Otherwise they don't really know each other – so we are baffled as to why Mel would make this up and fabricate such a horrible thing.'
