The actress, 36, took to Instagram as she embarked on the new chapter with fiancé Alistair Garner, son Barney, 20 months, and their Spaniel Penny.
Emily said farewell to the home where she welcomed her son, swapping city life for a property with lots of traditional features.
Their new home boasted high ceilings with architrave, wooden flooring, huge windows as well as exposed brick walls.
The dining room featured wooden panels which had been painted yellow with Emily hinting on her plans for 'unhinged' wallpaper.
The actress and Alistair toasted glasses of champagne after finally moving in, while their pet pooch sat in a basket below a window which looked out onto the country.

She penned: 'Every couple of years these lads turn up and move me and my mad collection of homeware on to pastures new. From single girl flats in Camden, to where I had my baby in North London'.
'Now the big one. As me Al, Barney and Penny have moved out of London and to the countryside to our dream home. In true me fashion I have formed an emotional bond to a removal company and I won’t have anyone tell me other wise'.

Giving an insight into her night the stunner looked incredible as she flashed a glimpse of her lace bra from the lingerie brand.
She teamed the Billi floor-length tuxedo dress with a pair of classic stiletto heels and styled her hair into soft waves.
Emily has become the latest star to and has fronted Agent Provocateur's SS26 campaign.
In the update shared to Instagram, she wrote: 'Still smiling after the most incredible night. I appreciate every single person who came to celebrate.
