But as these exclusive pictures show, has swapped the glamour of SW19 for the less glitzy setting of East as she shoots her latest film, retelling one of football's most bizarre true stories.
Half Time Hero, tells of devoted West Ham fan Steve Davies, who was pulled from the Upton Park terraces and on to the pitch – where he scored a goal for his beloved team.
Ellie, who played in the recent Moss & Freud, was filming her scenes alongside Mobland's Anson Boon, 26, who is playing Davies.
Dressed in pale denim shorts over fishnet tights, a floral–print top and Doc Marten boots, 29–year–old Ellie was seen strolling hand–in–hand with Boon before he gently draped a West Ham scarf around her shoulders.
Davies's remarkable story has gone down in the club's – and in footballing – history.

At a pre–season friendly against Oxford City in 1994, Davies – then 27 and working as a courier – spent the first half of the match beside West Ham's dugout, directing a stream of abuse at striker Lee Chapman.
His tirade caught the attention of the club's then–assistant manager, Harry Redknapp, who suggested to Davies that he take Chapman's place on the pitch at half–time.

He did – and scored during West Ham's 4–0 victory. Years later, Redknapp recalled Davies as a 'tattooed skinhead' who was giving Chapman 'terrible stick'.
'At half–time I turned to this bloke who had West Ham etched on his neck and asked 'Can you play as good as you talk?'

'I told him he was going to get his dream to play for West Ham. We sent him down the tunnel and he reappeared ten minutes later all done out in the strip.' Redknapp told reporters covering the match that his unconventional sub was 'the great Bulgarian Tittyshev'.
Davies once described it as 'the greatest moment in my life'. And he admitted that after his goal, 'I was exhausted. I was on 30 cigarettes a day back then. I had a couple of cigs and a couple of beers in the first half, didn't I?'
Bamber attended Wimbledon earlier this month with Oliver Overgaard Reichhardt, who she has been dating for a year.
