'I was single with no assets to my name and had saved up just enough money for an overseas holiday,' she told nine.com.au in 2024.

'Instead of going on that holiday, I made a $10,000 investment in my future,' Eliza continued.

'I'm not sure if I want children but I guess it gives me a bit of a security blanket for potentially having a child if I want to later in life,' Paschke said in a video at the time.

'I am single, so you have to think about these things a little bit.'

Eliza previously confessed that she had never been in love.

In a column for 9Honey in 2024, Eliza admitted she doesn't like being asked whether she is still single but is questioned about her relationship status at least 'once a day.'

'Other variations include, "Are you off the market yet?" and "Have you found a man yet?" or "How are you still single?",' the fan favourite said.
