They kept their relationship under wraps initially but were seen enjoying a birthday dinner for Lewis in Los Angeles shortly after.

The couple began dating following Kaia's split from her ex-boyfriend Austin Butler, 34, who was also a decade older than the model.

Following several sightings together, Lewis showed his support for his partner at the opening night of her theatre debut in Evanston Salt Costs Climbing. 

A source told Us Weekly at the time that they had 'actually been together for a while now, and that they tarted dating in early December but kept the relationship under wraps until the news of her and Austin's split came out.'

According to the insider they met because they run in the same circles but began 'seriously hanging out' in places they weren't likely to be recognised.

They made their red carpet debut at the Venice Film Festival in September, at the premiere of The Testament Of Ann Lee.

Speaking on their romance for the first time the following month, Kaia told the Jake Shane's Therapuss podcast that she feels like a 'lot is being healed' in their 'healthy' relationship. 

She also addressed their age-gap, and said that typically it would mean she would 'lose herself' in the relationship.

According to Kaia, she'd lost herself in some of her previous relationships for this reason, and said: 'I would completely just change my personality and my values for someone.

'I always dated people that were older than me, so I was very willing to give up everything. 

I was like, "I can show you I love you by completely giving up my life for you," which is actually not how you build respect and trust, and is not good in the long run.'

She also praised their friends-to-lovers arc as she shared: 'I really feel like if you have the opportunity to date a friend, do it, because it just is so much better.'

She added, 'I would never want to fight with my friends. I never want to be mad at my friends. I respect my friends. It just is a whole other thing.'

Recently, they reunited in public for the first time in months after swirling split rumours.

They appeared to be in high spirits as they went for a ride in his Porsche convertible and stepped out in  together.

The pair were photographed holding hands, putting the breakup rumours to rest.

They had recently been the subject of ongoing split speculation as they were  in photos obtained by the Daily Mail.

On the same podcast episode, she also shared her thoughts about age-gap relationships as Pullman is eight years older than her.

They appear to have got back on track following reports Scooter was 'furious' when Sydney was reportedly spotted getting into a car with her ex Jonathan Davino.

The Hollywood bombshell spent seven and a half years with restaurateur Jonathan, 41, until news of their breakup circulated in early 2025. 

They were seen after dining with friends in Santa Monica, where sources claim she shouted at him, 'I don’t believe you. Please leave, leave me alone.'

During her recent Cosmo interview, Sydney reflected on her decision to .

'I was in a relationship for a very long time, for seven and a half years, and I never talked about it. I was very private. No one would ever see us,' she said.

'I think it’s important to have some things for myself. I understand that I’m a public person, but I’m still in my 20s. I’m still figuring out love, and it’s hard to do that with millions of people who have their own opinions of what that looks like.'

The revelation came after a source claimed Scooter was 'furious' when he learned about Sydney's encounter with Jonathan in November, via The Sun.

An insider has also stated Scooter has grown 'frustrated' over the soccer players sliding into Sydney's DMs on Instagram in a manner he regards as 'incredibly disrespectful,' despite the fact she 'ignores them and blocks the sender.'

The insider shared: 'Sydney has always been fiercely independent', the source explained. She values time alone - whether that’s travelling by herself, going out with girlfriends, or just switching off.'

Meanwhile her boyfriend 'prefers togetherness, and he’s still adjusting to that,' said the source, while noting Sydney was 'completely transparent' with him.

'She shows him everything to be honest. Seeing how relentless some of these men are can upset him - but she always reassures him.
