The 72-year-old actor has now listed his mansion in LA's tony Brentwood neighborhood for $5.2 million, Realtor.com reported on Tuesday.
That would represent a $1.3 million increase over the $3.9 million he paid back in 2017, according to records viewed by the publication.

However, when factoring in , Quaid would have paid nearly $100,000 more than his current asking price in today's dollars.
A representative for Quaid declined to comment on the listing.
