'A few of you pointed out after the #RHOBH reunion that my thyroid was enlarged. You were right, it was something I ignored until pointed out.

The Two And A Half Men star also reintroduced meat and fish into her diet in recent years but said she doesn't stick to the three-square-meals-a-day rule, instead preferring to snack on small means.

She told Women's Health about her diet: 'Usually I like lunch or dinner food for breakfast, but sometimes I'll do typical breakfast food, like an omelette with buffalo mozzarella, tomato, and basil.'

On her lunch routine, she added: 'I would say that I'm a bit of a grazer. I like doing a plate of fresh cut-up vegetables, like cucumber, tomato, carrots, and celery with crunchy sea salt. I also love fresh cheese, so I'll do that and nuts throughout the day, too.'

While she tries to get into the kitchen and make dinner for the family, telling the publication: 'I love to cook. I'll roast a chicken and yellow potatoes with carrots.

'I also love artichokes. I'll steam them, bake them, and drizzle balsamic on top.'

When it comes to exercise, Denise focus on exercises like Pilates and dance, while she's also keen on hiking.

'My secret to staying in shape is consistency,' she told Huffpost. 'When I consistently stick to my routine, that is when I feel my best.

'I also think you need to work out for your own body. Just because something works for someone else, doesn’t mean it will work for you.'

Asked about the secret to her incredible abs, Denise told Self: 'I am very active. I found what works for my body- everyone's body is different.

'For me it's Pilates and dance. My abs get the best workout with my Pilates reformer - I had two C-sections and it was the only thing I found that got my tummy flat.'

Denise has also endorsed non-surgical body contouring treatment.

She revealed she's a fan of Emsculpt Neo - a mini machine that combines HIFEM (high-intensity focused electromagnetic technology) and RF (radio frequency) energies for fat elimination and muscle building.

Strapped to the stomach, the device fires electromagnetic pulses deep into the abdomen, which forces every single muscle to suddenly tighten, inducing 20,000 muscle contractions in 30 minutes - the equivalent of no fewer than 20,000 sit-ups.
