This is the fifth year that Delta has hosted her own Christmas special for Nine, and the first to be filmed outside Australia.

Channel Nine renamed the program as Christmas with Delta Goodrem, to avoid any misunderstandings.
At the time, Delta indicated she was quietly thrilled the new Omicron variant was now the name on everyone’s lips.
