The TV presenter, 56, was recently honoured with the Special Recognition award for her contributions to the industry at the National Television Awards, but has now added another string to her bow.
The former Big Brother host has created the Begin Again podcast through Steven Bartlett’s Flight Studio production company and is hoping that listeners of a similar age to her will be able to relate.
She said: ‘I am loving recording Begin Again and I can’t wait for you to hear it. I love it so much I have literally been running to work.
‘I have hand-picked guests who can help us move into this next phase of our lives and help us make it our best act yet.

‘I’ve always felt that calling midlife our “second Spring” is such a lovely sentiment.’
Davina is also hopeful that in this day and age where individuality is celebrated, she can boost the confidence of her listeners.
She said: ‘A time when we can say what we like, do what we like, wear what we like… basically be free of everything that has held us back…
‘I want us to be confident, healthy, and emotionally robust enough to stride into this moment in our lives and really enjoy it.
‘Begin Again is going to help make that happen for you… and me.’
As part of the series, Davina has set three objectives for both herself and listeners.
She will be discussing the importance of reevaluation, with the aim to reshape outdated ideas and narratives about midlife.
This will offer listeners fresh perspectives on how to embrace this phase with confidence and optimism.
