David Potts’ Stunning Four Stone Weight Loss Revealed!

David Potts looked worlds apart from his former self as he showed off his four stone  in an Instagram post on Monday.

The star, 32, who won the 2024 series, has drastically changed his lifestyle in recent years while on a bid to lose 10st.

Updating his 360,000 followers, David shared an update on his weight loss journey as he revealed that working towards his recent health goals has 'not been easy'.

He added that he had lost the weight without the help of fat jabs, insisting his transformation was purely a result of heathy eating and exercising.  

Alongside his before and after pictures, he penned: '4 STONE DOWN BABY. I’m gunna (sic) be dodging grids soon. It has not been easy with my busy schedule but I’m making it work the best I can.

'For anyone wondering how I’m doing it. It’s literally eating healthier and exercising! A massive thank you to @floydtransformation for keeping me motivated and pushing me I deffo (sic) couldn’t do this without you!'

David concluded: 'I know it’s not always about the scales. Even seeing these pictures just blow (sic) me away like… I’m getting snatched. Anyone looking to change themselves then make sure you reach out to him. Ps. 6 stone to go'. 

He then later shared a fun clip of him playing along to a meme voice-over and acting shocked about losing another two pounds.  

David first began his dramatic lifestyle overhaul in October 2020, announcing that he had been working with a personal trainer to lead a healthier lifestyle.

Speaking on FUBAR Radio in 2024, the comedic Celebrity Karaoke Club star divulged the nitty-gritty about his transformation to hosts Bobby Norris and Stephen Leng.

Sharing graphic details about the extremes he was pushing himself to, David said: 'I'm literally sat in the car park like nearly throwing up for an hour, [after working out]. literally after every session.'

He said: 'I've lost just under two and a half stone. And then I went on holiday to Greece for two weeks and then I put like four pounds back on, but I've still lost over two stones.'

Detailing how he lost the weight, David explained: 'It's called Exante, the company I'm working with.

'It's just basically a calorie-deficient diet and then I'm also doing my personal training sessions as well with my PT, who's amazing, puts me through my paces. 

'I'm just kind of like wanting to lose weight and just be a healthier person. I want to look nicer in myself

'I don't look in the mirror and think that I look disgusting, I just think I want a healthier lifestyle.

'Being overweight obviously isn't healthy. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with it.

'There definitely isn't because I've been very overweight for such a long time now, but I just want my body to genuinely be healthier.

'I'm aiming for 10 stone. I literally want to be dodging grids walking down the street!'

David was born and raised in Bolton and worked as a holiday rep in Ibiza and Magaluf in his early twenties.

In 2016, he was scouted by TV producers for the show Ibiza Weekender and joined in the fifth series with Ellie Young.

He proved popular with viewers and remained on the show until it ended in 2020.

David began to make appearances on other shows during this time, most notably joining the cast of Celebs Go Dating in 2019.

He was joined by the likes of TOWIE's Pete Wicks, Love Island stars Georgia Steel and Jack Fowler and Made In Chelsea's Sam Thompson.

Although he went on dates with a couple of men, the star didn't manage to find that special someone.

Later that year, David appeared on Celebs On The Farm, where he finished as runner-up to former footballer Paul Merson.

Continuing to carve out a career in the spotlight, David again finished as runner-up on Celebrity Karaoke Club the following year and Celebrity Ghost Trip in 2021.

In 2023, he returned to his roots by joining the cast of Kavos Weekender, this time as Head Rep before going on to win Celebrity Big Brother in 2024.
