Cops were called to LaBeouf's Los Angeles residence more than once prior to his split with Frankenstein star Mia Goth, 32, five months ago, as per TMZ.
Authorities received a 'husband and wife' disturbance of the peace call in November 2024, the site claimed.
During the call an 'uncooperative female' was heard saying 'just go' a number of times while trying to get her husband to leave, while a male was heard cursing in the background, the site reported.

A spokesperson for the Pasadena City Public Information Office confirmed to TMZ the police encounter involved the home's residents, though no formal report was filed.
And in August 2025, cops responded to a call over an alleged stalking incident, with a caller informing police that an 'old friend' was 'mentally ill and she thinks she is married to Shia LaBeouf.'

The caller allegedly claimed that the woman was 'murderously angry with him, appears to be stalking him and is going to his home.'
The caller was also concerned about someone 'obsessing' over the actor on social media, though it's unclear if LaBeouf was informed of the call or the alleged stalking incident.
Police documents obtained by TMZ included LaBeouf's address.
Goth, the mother of his three-year-old daughter Isabel, walked away from their tumultuous marriage five months ago, a source told the Daily Mail.
LaBeouf had described Goth as his rock. In 2022 when he was in rehab, fighting the demons he just can't seem to shake, he said she 'saved' his 'f****** life.'

Goth met LaBeouf on the set of the highly controversial 2013 film Nymphomaniac - which featured explicit depictions of sexual intercourse and was her big screen debut.
They were married by an Elvis impersonator in Las Vegas in 2016, but filed for divorce in 2018. Two years later they reconciled, and Isabel was born in March 2022.
Meanwhile, LaBeouf's co-workers on The Rooster Prince were concerned over the actor's 'erratic behavior' on set, just months before his arrest this week on two counts of simple battery charges.

LaBeouf allegedly had 'intense mood swings' that made some people on set question if he was having personal problems, a source told TMZ.

One source suggested that LaBeouf's conduct may have resulted from the actor's commitment to his latest role as a character suffering from mental health issues.
Production on the upcoming project remains on schedule according to a source, despite the actor's legal woes.
LaBeouf was arrested early Tuesday following a violent Mardi Gras brawl, with additional footage showing the Disney alum headbutting a man during a heated confrontation.
He was charged with two counts of simple battery and spent the night at Orleans Parish Prison in Louisiana after being treated by paramedics.
After his release from jail on Tuesday, LaBeouf returned to the Mardi Gras parade for more partying.

LaBeouf was in New Orleans taking part in the Mardi Gras celebrations, when he was arrested outside of a Royal Street bar in the French Quarter.
According to the police report, a staff member attempted to eject LaBeouf from the establishment, but the star struck the alleged victim using a closed fist several times.
LaBeouf then left, but came back, 'acting even more aggressive,' according to the report.

Multiple people attempted to hold him down, but he was eventually let up in hopes that he would leave. However, he is alleged to have struck the same victim in the upper body with closed fists, then punched another person in the nose.

The actor was again held down by at least two men until officers arrived, the police report said.
The New Orleans Police Department confirmed to the Daily Mail that the star was taken to a hospital for treatment of unknown injuries before being booked.

Singer FKA Twigs - whose legal name is Tahliah Debrett Barnett - sued LaBeouf, who she dated from 2018-2019, accusing him of sexual battery, assault, and infliction of emotional distress during their brief relationship.
But two years after Barnett filed her lawsuit, LaBeouf appeared on the REAL ONES podcast. Without naming Barnett, he said: 'I hurt that woman.'

'And in the process of doing that, I hurt many other people, and many other people before that woman. I was a pleasure-seeking, selfish, self-centered, dishonest, inconsiderate, fearful human being.'
Barnett later filed to dismiss the lawsuit with prejudice, meaning she cannot refile the claims in the future. Their lawyers confirmed in July 2025 that they had 'agreed to settle [the] case out of court.'
In the joint statement, the couple wished 'each other personal happiness, professional success and peace in the future.'
