Chuck Potthasts Cause of Death Revealed at 64

Chuck Potthast's cause of death has been revealed nearly three months after his passing at age 64. 

The 90 Day Fiancé star's in November, leaving his loved ones 'completely shattered.'

Potthast died from blunt force injuries to the face and neck following a fall in a bathtub, per documents obtained by TMZ from the Hillsborough County,  Medical Examiner on Friday.

Other injuries that the TV personality had sustained included a fractured vertebra and lacerations to the face. 

The documents also listed positional asphyxia as an additional cause in his death.

Contributing factors including chronic use, acute alcohol intoxication and liver cirrhosis were additionally listed.
