Christine has been throwing herself into both work and the dating scene in recent months after quitting Celebs Go Dating because she felt overwhelmed by dating in public.

The model, 37, was married to TV presenter Paddy McGuinness, 52, for 11 years before they split for good in 2022.

Most recently, the model joined Subs.com, a brand new platform, with a show titled This Changes Everything.

In the season finale of her new series, Christine explored Shibari, the Japanese art of rope work.

Opening up about what it taught her, she said: 'Trust and letting go is something I've really struggled with over the last couple of years.

'I'd almost accepted that I wasn't going to trust again, or let myself fall too deeply. That was my way of protecting myself by keeping control.

'But I'm learning that letting go is good sometimes — it's good to hand over control and trust.'

And now that the twins have turned 12, Christine has revealed that they have been 'mature' about the divorce.

Speaking to DailyMail, Christine said: I've spoken to the children about relationships in general, and adulthood.

'Obviously, my twins are 12 now, so we're having those conversations, and they've absolutely blowing my mind with how much they understand, and how mature they are.

'It makes me feel very proud of not just how well I've done as a mum, but as a family how open we are, and how good we are at communicating with each other, and reassuring the children that everything is ok, and every family is different, and this is our normal.

'It's good to teach them that one of the great things about being an adult is that you can change your mind at any time.

'If one day you are in a relationship, and then you just want to go and be friends [the next day], or you consider yourself just family instead, then that's ok - you can do that.'
