Chloe Fineman was the latest celebrity to clapback against criticism from online trolls, but she was very polite about it.
The actress, 35, wore a sparking strapless red Celine gown Thursday on the red carpet while promoting her film Megalopolis at the Cannes Film Festival.
The glamorous frock was gathered at the bust with a cutout beneath. The Saturday Night Live star accessorized with a gorgeous diamond Cartier necklace.
But haters trolled her body saying it looked disproportionate.
The star hit back with a very quick comment.

An Instagram page called Check the Tag posted the look on its account, sharing details of the ensemble.
‘These pictures are weird. Her head looks too big for her body or something,’ wrote one follower.
‘Very odd proportions here,’ wrote another.
The funny lady, was clearly pleased with her appearance and shared several snaps in her Instagram Stories.
‘No need to be so mean! Thank you ❤️’ wrote the polite actress in response to the criticism.
Several fans jumped to her defense with one writing, ‘Yikes. These comments aren’t it. She looks gorgeous!!!
‘Imagine feeling beautiful and confident walking out the door only to see awful things said about your look online.’
‘I think the photographer did her very dirty here. There are pics from another angle and she looks beautiful in this dress,’ suggested another.
Fineman wrote about her Cannes experience in an essay for Elle.

After choosing the ‘vintage’ Cartier necklace, the Babylon actress revealed, ‘My stylist and dear friend Yael Quint asks what year it’s from and they reply “2004.”
‘So, ELLE, the year I lost my virginity is now deemed vintage. Lol.’
She said, ‘We try on the necklace with the most gorgeous Celine couture dress in existence. It fits like a glove and couldn’t be more glamorous.
‘With the diamonds, it’s the best I’ve ever looked.’
In an essay for Elle, the Saturday Night Live star revealed after seeing herself in the dress and vintage necklace ‘it’s the best I’ve ever looked’
The Excessive star also shared a sweet memory from her childhood, revealing that her father had once taken her to the same venue where she choose the dress and jewelry.
‘We arrive at the hotel and I am met with total deja vu. Black-and-white photos of Ryan Gosling, Diane Kruger, and every gorgeous movie star flank the walls and I realize my dad actually showed me this hotel when I was a kid,’ she explained.
‘To reveal my deeply woo-woo side, my dad is a big believer in dreaming big and we made a bee line to Cannes when I was 10 years old so he could “plant the seed” of this magical dream of being an actor and making movies.’
‘Guys!!! I’m here! It worked! I’m mildly kidding, but it really is a pinch-me moment.’
