The This Morning presenter, 49, announced her divorce in a joint statement in July 2025, confirming they had decided to end their 13-year marriage and would remain united as parents.

The couple sparked speculation they had split when Cat was absent from Patrick's mother's funeral in Ireland in March last year.

But now The Sun reports that she is feeling more ready to get herself back out there and is currently 'living life to the fullest' with her nearest and dearest around her.

A source told the publication: 'She is open to dating again, definitely, but it has to feel right. She wouldn't go on apps because that's just not her style, well maybe one day, she's not totally closed off.

'She likes the idea of what's out there, a bit of flirting, a bit of fun, without any pressure.'
